Operate strictly per the user manual and safety instructions. Installation, operation, maintenance, and repairs should be performed by qualified personnel. Perform regular maintenance and use appropriate PPE at all times.

5. Third-Party Products & Accessories

Machinerye is not responsible for damages or performance issues arising from third-party parts, accessories, or services. Refer to the third party’s policies or warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, under no legal theory (warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall Machinerye be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, loss of income, or business interruption. Machinerye’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Tracking

Risk of loss passes per the terms shown at checkout and/or your order confirmation. Once shipped, carrier tracking governs in-transit status and delivery updates.
