🚚 Shipping Policy - Machinerye

We ship all equipment and machinery directly to your location within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: Depending on the item, we use freight carriers or standard delivery services. Heavy machinery may require scheduled delivery.
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Large equipment may take 2–4 weeks depending on location and availability.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping costs vary depending on destination, item size, and shipping method.

Some heavy machinery may have specific delivery requirements (cranes, forklifts, or mini excavators over a certain weight).
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for large machinery. A physical address is required.
Remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur additional delivery charges.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
If your shipment is lost during transit, contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve issues quickly, providing replacements or refunds as necessary.
