1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Heavy machinery and equipment returns require prior authorization.
  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Used, misused, or modified items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item securely using the provided carrier instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued according to our policy.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items. Processing time may take 5โ€“10 business days depending on the payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, modified, or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Clearance or liquidation items (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
